1. You should see the shelves in our local grocery stores...

when they utter the word, "snow," on the local weather reports. Less than an hour later, there is not a loaf of bread or a gallon of milk to be found for hundreds of miles.

I can't laugh at them too much. When I hear the word, "hurricane," I break out my candles and matches and start sticking mini marshmallows on toothpicks so I can "roast" them in the dark while the winds howl outside. I'm crazy though (and I know it); that's MY excuse. I wonder what their excuse is... :evilgrin:
