Anybody here a habitual knuckle cracker?
I started thinking about this habit of mine the other day. I've been able to crack my knuckles since I was fairly young and have done it every day since. I like how it feels and my hands feel more limber and loose after doing it.

I recently started worrying that this may have an averse effect on me now that I'm a bit older and started researching possible negative side effects for knuckle cracking.

Turns out there is no scientific evidence for the myth that cracking your knuckles can cause arthritis and that some experts even say the habit has some benefits to it.

That was kind of a relief. Anyone else heard anything about this?
