I met this really cute guy one time, he was a teacher. Great personality, we really got along well but I found out that his johnson was speared and well, just really didn't want to go there.

I guess it's so mundane, it almost doesn't count. I know some people have the old Camryn Manheim thing of 20 piercings in one ear, but I'd wager your friend has 13 piercings OTHER than the ears.
