I have some pictures with horrible big 80s hair somewhere but this is the only picture from that time that I have uploaded.

That was taken along the Bigelows somewheres. Lot of elevation changes through there. Up and down and up and down. Good hiking.
Great three day trip, if you're in shape.

I told my girlfriend that if I didn't go through with the ceremony, I would be disinherited by my mum..

Little did I know at the time that my mum would live, like, forever. I can't say I've inherited the family jewels, but I still live quite nicely.

The girl in the picture, by the way - the older one in the white dress with the big boquet of flowers - died. It's kind of a sad story, really, something about France, I think. I think it was in the news but I can't say I remember the details.

By the way, I don't really like dressing up in sailor suits but my mum insists.
