A new poem: Blind Voice
rings in my ear
appears in my eyes
someone’s playing
games with
me

where am I going
who am I with
I no longer know

anything

who are you

are you blind too
can you speak

I don’t know what you
want

because I’m blinded
by your beauty

and your touch
I rely
on that

don’t you see
the truth
lies

where our vision
is

blind though
it
always

shall be

Ah, I wrote this some weeks ago...

And as is so often the case, the words showed up and I wrote them down.

Perhaps it was the anniversary thread inspired me to post it. I don't know; I do know that it has been some time since I posted any of my poetry, and I felt it was time to do so again.
