Help me find a name of a movie...

I saw a trailer for it in the last year or two, probably a small independent film. It was marketed as a suspense/thriller. It's about kids who stand up to a bully, and in an attempt to scare him they accidently kill him. The movie, as marketed, revolves around attempts to cover up the crime. Looks like a large part of the movie takes place in a river or stream where the kids were playing.

1. Do you remember the names of any of the actors? It sounds a bit like 'The River's Edge'

(from 1986) but the victim was a girl, and the clumsy bully who killed her is eventually rejected by his peers (IIRC).
