Last night I gave in to my dark, dark inner soul

OK, I'm a TOTAL pacifist. Or perhaps more accurately: the biggest baby you'll ever meet. If anyone ever tried to physically challenge me I'd probably just wilt into a little ball and cry until it was over.

But last night I was over with the BF and his roommate was there with his GF. They were playing "Left 4 Dead" a zombie killing game.

Violent and gory. OMG! if you kill the zombies with a weapon in your ahnd the screen is covered in blood until you almost can't see.

Being prodded by my BF and his roommate was futile but when the GF said, "try it" and stuck the controller in my hand I surrendered.

FUCK YOU YOU FUCKING ZOMBIES!!! You'll never take me, you brain-eating bastards!

Apparently I am now able to channel my inner bloodlust and defiance in the face of total doom. I had a blast. Hooting, hollering and high-fiving.

I even managed to make the entire run across the bridge in the last mission to the helicopter.

BTW - there are just some *things* you should try all hyped up on adreneline.
