And then eat him. Just saying.

4. Poor Crosby.
Neil seems like he'd be whiney, so I'd probably drop him first.

5. The Walrus
Mrs mitchum was shocked when I told her that Crosby was considered to be the really cute one in The Byrds.
And her shock is very understandable.

6. Crosby, because he's the biggest and will keep the sharks busy longest
Plus, we know that lots of his sperm is already out and about in the world, so we don't have to worry about his genetic legacy.

8. I have been perplexed, that in light of the knowledge that addiction is genetic...
people would deliberately seek out Crosby's sperm for turkey bastering.
Yeah, the kids are likely to have beautiful voices, but still...

I'm not into random sperm-shopping but if I were, I guess I'd take Graham Nash, he seems to have aged the best...

Or I'd make do with Stephen Stills.

"Well there's a cup and a girlie mag,
And the jizz gets stored in a bag
And if you can't breed with the one you love, honey,
Baste the sperm you got
Yeah, baste the sperm you bought..."

Well, because he can do this while tripping balls. THAT is a valuable muscal trait.

13. Crosby contributed to history by being one of the fundamental
people to catapult Joni Mitchell's career. Her first album was produced by Crosby. Stills was the real asshole of the group, or so many have said that he has quite the ego, but please don't eat Neil Young. He is at the top of my favorite songwriter's list. BTW that is a rare photo, since Young is rarely with them anymore these days.

14. Okay Stills is a sailor- you are going to need him. Young - he's Neil YOUNG for crying out loud
Nash - not worth the calories to carve up a Brit plus he weighs less to there would be less drag on the rowing

Crosby - acoustic guitar makes for bigger paddle, could be burned to cook fish, shirt could add sailpower (see Stills reference), and even at this point it would be like eating pot brownies.

Eat your Crosby well

22. CSN didn't even have a recording contract at the time of 1999's "Looking Forward"

Neil recorded it on his label, Neil recorded it at his ranch...CSN were not exactly in high demand when he rejoined them for this project. It wasn't a critical or commercial success, but whatever CSN walked away with, they owed it to Neil.

Edited on Sat Jul-31-10 05:55 PM by Forkboy
Then I would skin their bodies and rig it up as a sail, take their sinews and use it to hang chunks of their own meat in the sun (two words...Nash Jerky), salting it in the sea water, and using Crosby's spinal fluid to wash it all down with.

What, too much info?

Crosby probably still has a lot of residual toxins in him.

Me? I'd only be good with a bottle of chianti.

So Stills or Nash.

24. I'd rather be eaten than eat other people.
But of the other four, and I know I will be hated and mocked for this, but it is my opinion: Neil Young. I dislike his voice and many of his solo songs simply don't appeal to me, whereas CSN is a favored group of mine. Sorry, but there it is.

26. I don't care, as long as I'm the one still afloat while the others are being digested.
I ate going down for a bunch of has beens and one great songwriter with a whiny voice. Though I'd save the whiner until the end, in case we got rescued.

27. I think I would cut up Neil Young and use him for fish bait
Only because I never particularly cared for his music. The thought of eating him doesn't particularly appeal to me either, but if his remains could be used to catch fish almost everyone wins (Except Young and those who don't like sushi).

39. He's actually slimmed down...I was shocked to see that photo in my original post
In recent years, I've seen Stills much, much heavier than that. Maybe he had a heart-to-heart with his doctor.

I've always considered him to be a sad case, a guy who threw a lot away because of drugs and alcohol, but on the other hand, also never received his due for being the excellent musician that he is. He's accountable for some of it, but not all of it.

29. Depends on if Neil brought along his harmonica.
If he did, he's what's for dinner. No way I'm experiencing a slow death while listening to that shit.

Otherwise I'd let him live.

Crosby - too fatty and anti-rejection drugs in the meat

Stills - No way I'm eating the guy who wrote "Suite: Judy Blue Eyes".

That leaves me noshing on Nash.

30. First you eat Crosby. Then Nash. If you have to, Stills. Never eat Young.
He still ROCKS, man! He writes, he plays, he sings, he performs and looks just as good doing it. The others? Well, Stills wrote some kickass stuff and deserves to live longer than the other 2 just for that.

I'm surprised the other 3 didn't kill Nash back in the 60s. And Crosby? Well, he's lucky to be alive anyway. Sweet voice, though.
