Somebody else wants it. So I go to upload it, then copy it, then go back to my old avatar. No can do. The copied avatar reverts back to my original. Go figure.

Second try, I had "keep aspect ratio" on the first time.

Note that it has a different name. That may be causing it to revert. But also, maybe you may only need to click refresh to get the new avatar. When I change avatars I've noticed I need to refresh to get the new one.
