2. Mango Curry Chicken (with fresh mango no less)
Indian spiced rice, Gota (kinda like fritters) Nan and Riata.. I kind of instigated this meal, but let Alley take over the execution...
It should be done in the next 1/2 hour or so.

4. I was taught a new way to make scallops tonight. Get a microwave proof dish. fill with
scallops, a few squeezes of lemon, a little white wine, and a tiny bit of butter. Mix. Microwave on high for 5.5 minutes. Let cool a little, then serve. Was really good and the scallops weren't overwhelmed by butter as they are when I fry them. Very subtle yet Yummy.

6. That sounds freakishly easy! What size scallops did you use?
I often go the bacon-wrapped route, but it's kind of a pain...

8. Oh no these were small scallops. And the muscle was taken off the scallop. They were
bought in the Halifax Airport and flown to us in Ottawa by a friend of my dads. Scallops are a completely different beast when they are not slathered in butter. Very easy.
