33. That's really Robert Armstrong and Al Dodge (Cheap Suiters) cover
Armstrong is singing lead.

It all started with the discovery of the Pink Burrito sign, a faded red burrito sign advertising infrared fast food, and ran with the idea of reworking "keep it clean". Most Cheap Suite fans just call it 'The Pink Burrito' song. Charley Jordan would have approved of this cover.

34. No Ghosts

by Mr. Pacman http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVH02XE7sfs

From Wiki: Mr. Pacman is a bitpop/gamewave (or as the band calls themselves, "8-bit hero gangsta rock")band from Denver, Colorado.

It's not what I would call good but think it's kinda' fun.

21. Nellie the Elephant
by Toy Dolls:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eti21PVHXrg

To Bombay a travelling circus came
They brought an intelligent elephant
and Nellie was her name

One dark night she slipped her iron chain,
and off she ran to Hindustan
and was never seen again

oooooooooooooooooo...

Nellie the elephant packed her trunk
and said goodbye to the circus
off she rode with a trumpety trump
trump trump trump
Nellie the elephant packed her trunk
and trundled off to the jungle
off she rode with a trumpety trump
trump trump trump

Night by night she danced to the circus band
When Nellie was leading the big parade
she looked so proud and grand

No more tricks for Nellie to perform
They taught her how to take a bow
and she took the crowd by storm

35. Joe Dolci - Shaddup You Face
The live version:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJLEXgkddPQ

This is dedicated to my late mom. My brother and I used to sing along--as loud as we could--to this one and Mom's face turned red as a beet because she was one of those moms who wouldn't let us do anything.

This was taken off a 45rpm record:

38. Dr. Demento puts out GREAT 2-cd compilations of novelty songs...
.
.
.
.
.
...through some major label and I believe on his website, he
sells MANY more. The couple that I had seemed much better and
less cliched than some of his more corporate-driven collections.
.
If you like novelty music and FUN music -- either type of CD is
good -- and will introduce you to folks like Moxie Fruvous or
The Trailer Park Troubadours (lesser-commercially known greats).
