I remember riding my bike (I was 10) to the record store, buying the original album and then having to balance the LP (I was a Vinyl fan) while driving through traffic.

Put it on and remember skipping past the Yoko tunes. Later got into them but that's later. Every John song, a winner. Later that week John was killed, for no reason at all.
