Parents bought HP laptop, have to return it battery wouldn't lock in to place.
The catch was stuck. Come on WTF? Where the hell was the QC guy at that factory? Out having a smoke? Taking a whiz? It would seem to me the first fucking thing the QC guys would check would be to see if the battery catch worked!

2. I've had my hp laptop for 2 years
The battery life is down to about a half hour. Other than that, I've never had a problem. The Dells we have are junk. I'd buy another hp in a heartbeat.
