2. did I understand you to say you have ten day old turkey stew
that has never been refrigerated?

um, I eat some old expired food (tzaziki with a September use-by date on the yogurt, the other day!), but unrefrigerated stew that is ten days old is either rotten or has been boiled several times a day for that time period and must be a nasty puree by now?

4. I boiled it gently every day. It still looks like stew: turkey chunks, carrot bit, corn, celery.
The liquid is more gravy-like than earlier. I try not to do this with stuff that will really disintegrate: I used no beans (for example) and used small washed whole potato. Skin and gristle and fat and any substantial bone got pulled out after the first good boil on day one. It's ok, but it was probably best at about the one week mark; after ten days of turkey stew, I'll be ready to eat something different; there's only about a cup of it left

6. Already had three bowls of it today, so I froze it. It's like sourdough starter
for the next batch
