1. the answer is in the HTML lookup table at the top of a posting window

cut and past the instructions into a reply and then hit preview - you will see what changes and where to put your URL

basically it is square bracket link:URL|TEXT square bracket
with no http//

HREF link with text display
[link:URL|Text]
URL is without the "http://"
Example: [link:www.dcscripts.com|DCScripts]

For example, you might do
