1. I've trained everything from tiny kittens to large dogs with one simple approach.
If they bite me, I clamp my hand around the lower jaw, look them directly in the eye, and yell, "I'M THE BIGGEST FUCKING DOG IN THIS HOUSE!!! DON'T YOU EVER BITE ME AGAIN!!!!" That'll scare the shit out of anything that doesn't have water on the brain - like Sarah Palin.

2. That wouldn't work with my Monster. He wasn't fixed until he was two
so he's used to being an alpha male cat. When he gets pissed off at me I have to leave the room for a moment because he will attack. And if I get angry at him it doesn't diffuse the situation ... he just gets madder. Fortunately he doesn't get mad much anymore.
