Poll question: Movie you absolutely hate this time of year.
We all have that one holiday movie that makes us bat-shit crazy and HATE to see.

Just for fun no malice meant which one is the movie you HATE of all time.

1. Albert Finny really bothers me. He just doesn't look like he's reforming in the end.
George C Scott is the version to go with. He truly gets humanized by the dreams. Finney-as-Scrooge seems like the same old Ebeneezer, only now he's plotting how to take over London once the dancing lets up.

2. Aw, no option for "It's a Wonderful Life"?
"Every time a bell rings, an angel crashes into a window and breaks its neck like a stupid bird."

(OK, I'm a grinch. Not the Jim Carrey one.)

3. Do people watch movies they hate?
I mean, with a bazillion channels to choose from, why?

5. Not really if they can help it. But let's face it somehow some way it does end up happening
Stuck at a party playing it. In a group of friends who are watching it and you are kind of stuck watching it or being a party pooper.

6. I'm not sure it's a movie -- maybe a short movie --
but I hate the Charlie Brown Christmas special. I hate "Peanuts" anyway, but I think the Christmas special sucks donkeys.

7. Every year, I have to sit through every version of the damn Dickens tale
Last year, I was "privileged" to have the Disney AND Mr. Magoo versions inflicted on me. As they lined up the 3rd version, I got up & said "I'll be downstairs doing something else until you need me."

Christmas Story & Christmas Vacation don't bother me as much as yet another version of A Christmas Carol.

13. I believe the movie is called, Grandma got Run Over by a Reindeer.
It is based off a country music song. I only saw part of the movie before I turned it off. I try to avoid movies which give me the urge to pour hot wax into my ears.
