3. Last week I saw jeans on sale

for $12 and tried on a pair of 34s. Perfect fit and for the life of me I can't remember the last time I could buy that size. Also, can't remember the last time I paid $12 for a pair.

This week I got my blood done and my triglycerides levels that had been between 350 and 600 for the last 3 years came in at 88. I had stopped taking my statin drugs last May and cholesterol was the same as with the drugs. I had thought I was too old to ever get back in shape again.

Feels great.
