Man! Unbelievably cool motorcycles from the past
I am not a motorcycle maniac or anything, but these blew me away!

I ride a scooter since I live on a little island with few cars. In fact, me and my family of 5 all share one 50 cc scooter -so some of these 'motorcycles' had me absolutely salivating!

I think I am in denial -maybe I am actually a latent motorcycle maniac but grew up in a environment where I never met others (ala Steve Martin in the Jerk???)

1. My last bike was a Honda Shadow Spirit 1100cc...

4. They used the old Atlas engine, tuned up to give around 120 MPH,
mounted on vibration isolators for smoothness...there are still a few on the road since the 1970's, selling for around $10,000...They were great bikes - I knew an owner back in the old days.
