Got what I wanted from my Mom, (money) :-) and from my sister a toaster oven. No fights, no arguments, this is the first Christmas without my Dad so we do miss him.

1. Glad you had a good day. It is hard to have someone missing
from the holiday, especially the first year. Sorry you lost your dad, but it is good that you and your family didn't dwell on that part.

2. *hugs* First Christmas w/out my Dad as well. I am missing both my parents, but have
enjoyed the time spent with the family I do still have. Glad it's the same with you.

3. Merry Christmas. Glad you had a good one. I did, too. I had to buy my own
Christmas present, but that's just fine. It was EXACTLY what I wanted! And I did get it at 20% off. The turkey turned out pretty good. I've had better, but it was good. Nice, pleasant day.
