The Japanese movie "Audition" yikes

I like the Japanese horror movies that I have seen, Ringu and the lot. So Netflix tells me I would like the movie "Audition".

I have a pretty strong stomach. I like Sam Peckinpah movies. "The Devil's Rejects" is one of my favorite movies. But I had to cover part of the screen a few times.

Has anyone else seen that movie?
