How do you know?
...when you're supposed to marry your gf and have babies?

1. You miss the point of not being sure.
It is not about having to know. It is about having to think and feel on it because you don't know, then you become part of the actual concepts you find are better, since they partly your decision to believe also.

And if you are right or wrong, might as well be right or wrong with something that feels right and makes sense.

I think that is the secret to someday being able to break the curse from the claim of having the knowledge of good and evil. But I could be wrong on that.

2. You will know.
She might know first. And it is always a good idea to discuss these things with your gf.
