How do I save a youtube video to my computer?

I remember a couple of years ago there was a link or something in IE that I could just download it to my computer. Now, it's gone. I'm in a couple of videos and I'd love to save them to my computer.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's an interesting service, because it gives results in flv and mp4 files, though not always. I have had to refresh a page to get better results (like higher resolutions) so you just have to play with it.
