LOOK at this darling young man, Stephen Retchless, Pole Dancer
Edited on Thu Jun-23-11 11:04 PM by Flaxbee
And I am being perfectly serious. He's fantastic. I have never seen an episode of "America's Got Talent" but saw this clip from the Huffington Post:

"While pole dancing is traditionally associated with women, a male pole dancer on last night's episode of "America's Got Talent" proved naysayers wrong.

Steve Retchless surprised the judges, entering wearing silver shorts, silver paint and high heels, then proceeding to show off his considerable talent on the pole to Katy Perry's "E.T (Extra Terrestrial)." After some debate, Retchless made it through to the next round of competition.

This past October, Retchless was crowned the first-ever Male American Pole Fitness Champion."

Link to the video (really, a must-see) is here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/06/23/male-pole-dancer_n_882836.html

If anyone can tell me how I can embed Hulu videos into a DU post, I'd be most grateful.

(on edit: Piers Morgan is a stuffy, uptight old hack)

:hi:

2. What's with the fear of beautiful men on that show? He was wonderful
Both Piers Morgan and Howie Mandell get skeevy over the guys that Sharon (and I) just love.

4. Give Howie some credit here, though.
He might have gotten skeevy, but he did vote for the guy to continue on. I thought it was a great routine. Those shoes were a bit much, however.

7. Yes, Howie came around, more or less.
Earlier in the auditions (I confess I watch) a drag queen said something to Piers about always starting out agains the drag queens but coming around. I think that tends to be true.

I do hope that darling man has something else up his...well, not "sleeve" but you know what I mean.
