I like it raw. Who knew!?
And it's good for you too.
I'm going to try a recipe for kale "chips" tomorrow. Should be interesting.

3. Yawp. Like salad. I've also added it in small amounts when juicing.

It is much sweeter and milder than I expected. Also works in sandwiches. And is supah healthy.

The kale chips are a Giada de Laurentis recipe. Wash and dry the kale. Break or chop it into bite size chunks. Toss with olive oil and salt & pepper. Lay out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Then bake 350 degrees untiil crispy. (10 min apx)

She makes sweet potato and potato chips in the same recipe.
