how are you doing?

we have been basically without running water since September 12, yahoo
had a house guest in for 10 days until Thursday and I am supposed to meet up with them again next week, not sure if we are ever going to get things running right again, arrrgggghhhh

My grandparents' homestead had no good water, had
to haul water from two miles away, with a stoneboat.

3. we have been hauling two 55 gal barrels in the pick-up whenever we go down that way

and honestly it hasn't been that bad - I'm not much for house cleaning or laundry anyway. If this were to be happening in May or June when there is little water for the livestock it would be a much more dire situation.

can't imagine dragging with no wheels, water is heavy

I hope court goes well and he can get himself straightened out. So hard to watch them stumble, fall, fail. :(
