Apparently I've missed this season's shows so far. What is he doing in jail?

But in last season's finale he drove his car into Cuddy's house, then walked away.

That's a jailable offense right there.

4. Final episode last season

He ran his car at Warp Nine into Cuddy's living room; damn near hit Wilson in the process. That would be a good reason to put his crazy ass in the slam. This season starts next week.
