The big cat is out of surgery

after his laser neutering this morning - doing great and I can pick him up this afternoon. Whew.

The new addition now has a name, Harry. He was a total cuddle bun last night and purred for the first time. Just so sweet and taking full advantage of the big cat being away.

Sunshine and blue skies, two sweet kittehs and my honey brought me coffee in bed. Monday is off to a pretty great start. :)

1. Shouldn't that be spelled "Hairy"?

Sounds like a nice Monday. Didn't know they were using lasers now neutering, sounds a bit less invasive. I hope Big Cat recovers quickly and everybody's happy.

2. Yes, the vet said the laser is less trauma, less chance of infection

and heals quicker, so that's why we went that way. I only teared up a little - I can't believe how nervous I was about this procedure. I knew the chances of something going wrong were slim, but I was still so worried. We have a really good vet and I'm so glad she did him first thing and then rang me. Huge relief and now I can concentrate on other things.

Harry - I'm a George Harrison fan and so his real name is Harrison, but we call him Harry. heh

You are not allowed to get a new kitten without posting lots of photos. And pics of the big cat, too.
