strawberry carnation, banana, smoothie

my youngest, a little chunky, but he is growing out of it, really likes sweets. been something i have had to control in our environment. also, he never ate fruit. i have to insist at dinner. BUT, i found something he likes that takes the place of dessert.

2 envelopes of strawberry carnation breakfast
banana
milk
ice

blend it up, and he drinks it.

i like it.
