any good (non Hallmark) sites for e-cards? I need a congratulations card
but don't want to be forced to sign up for a subscription!

Thanks for any suggestions.

1. My dear Flaxbee!
I really like jacquielawson.com.

Now, the bad news: it does cost. It's pretty minimal, IIRC.

The good news? They make the most beautiful animated cards I have ever seen! Every other animated card I've seen looks cheap. Hers are classy and beautiful.

Have a look!

:hi:

14. I discovered her a few
years ago - beautiful cards. Well worth the small fee.

12. thank you, my
star-giving friend ;) :hi:

I don't mind minimal cost at all - just don't like to be sucked into permanent subscription databases.

4. The only thing is that I've belonged there since 2003, so I worry about sending repeats, LOL.
But they do have some great animated cards. :hi:

5. I love CardCow - real old postcards of all kinds that you put your message on
Edited on Sun Oct-09-11 03:41 AM by marzipanni
Many are also for sale, and therefore have the backside displayed, some with the original message and 1¢, 3¢, or 5¢ stamp.

edited to add, you can specify what you are congratulating, i.e. "graduation","wedding", 'baby'', etc. to narrow the number to view.

that I've taken. That way the text can be truly personalized!
