Tim Allen has a new sitcom on...
It's called "Last Man Standing," and it appears to be a guy bemoaning the lack of "manliness" among today's men.

I don't know about you, but a guy who's been wearing makeup at work for the last 36 years ain't exactly the arbiter of manliness.

4. Another outlet for all his sexist jokes.
I could never stand Home Improvement, or Tim Allen himself, because it seemed to me that most of his humor was insulting to women.

7. Never did get the popularity of Tim Allen, either.
Doesn't surprise me to hear that he's a total asshole in real life, as well.

5. I don't know why he wanted to go back to TV
Home Improvement and Toy Story must have made him as rich as Judas, and he was pulling his act together in film (he was excellent in David Mamet's Redbelt).

6. And BET's doing Cosby for the 21st century...
http://blogs.ajc.com/radio-tv-talk/2011/10/10/malcolm-jamal-warner-and-tracee-ross-ellis-talk-about-bets-new-reed-between-the-lines/?cxntfid=blogs_radio_tv_talk

Sounds interesting but the promo makes it sound like a new concept and not a modification/update of the old Cosby show. Especially when it stars Malcom Jamal Warner.
