1. Is that the one with "the son of famous parents?"
And after that is "Monster In-Laws!"

:bounce:

2. Yep.
Monster In-Laws looks hard to watch.

I will give it a try.

4. This new episode should be good.
I feel sorry for the kids that that have to deal with the parents.

5. I can't even fathom having a parent like that.....
A few at work were talking about this show, I guess it was about someone who collected mice or rats. It didn't sound too pretty.

7. There was guy who had lost his wife and couldn't handle it.
So he started to collect rats, and of course rats do multiply.

8. My grandma was a hoarder.
It wasn't anywhere near as extreme as people featured on this show but when the time came to clean out her house, it took more than a week and we donated more than a few closets' worth of stuff to goodwill.

9. That must've been quite a job...
My Grandmother has a lot of needless items throughout her house as well, but I think that's due to her inability to get around well anymore.

I just watched the doll hoarder episode myself. Did you see that her attic was sagging due to the weight? :wow:

11. That was insanity.

Both cleaning out my grandma's house - and this. And the scary thing was that they'd only let her keep one pile and she had a hard time choosing which pile to keep. :scared:

16. Better dolls than animals.
But, I can see how hundreds of dolls in one place can be creepy.

19. Not just hundreds... thousands.
That is creepy. There were so many that the floor of the attic was begging to sag. :scared:

12. Kevin in New York.
His mom was Jinx Falkenberg.
A model.

My grandma and mom were both hoarders since they thought you had to save everything in case we had another Depression.

Thook me several years to clean out mom's house and I still have too much junk to go through.

I grew up in a junked up house and I know how hard it is to get through to someone.

I had to wait until my mom died to clean out the house.

17. I'll watch.
It's fascinating when the hoarders say they want the places cleaned up but they find an excuse to hold on to every item. I think they really want bigger places or more storage somewhere.

18. My sister has filled up her large house and her apartment.
The fire department is after her now to clean out the apartment.

She will never find another place to rent after this.

She likes junk.
