What are your Halloween plans?
Me, I'm going to an Edgar Allen Poe Halloween party in Baltimore on Sunday with the girl I went hiking with last week. Seems to be a date in everything but name only. Tentative plans for the 31st are to hand out candy at the house, but that could change depending on how Sunday goes.

What about you?

5. Taking BabyG to see Paranormal Activity 3...We stuck around to hand
out candy after decorating the house last year, only to have 3 trick or treaters. The PA movies are comic gold for us so that's what we're going to do.

14. If you REALLY want to have fun with Paranormal Activity, check out Rifftraxx's take on it
these are the same guys who used to do Mystery Science Theater 3000. There's a 10 minute clip on youtube of them riffing on Paranormal Activity that will have you rolling.

6. I'll stand in our dark wooded front yard with a glow-in-the-dark hockey mask on...
Black shirt and pants.
A chainsaw in one hand and a machete in the other.
I won't say anything to the trick-or-treaters who come down the driveway.
I'll just go 'unnnnhhhhh unnnnhhhhh unnnhhhh'.

17. Poe themed party sounds really cool- I just bought a
fake raven to put on my porch with the pumpkins. :D

A book fair for my kid's old school- I"m a board member - is on tap tomorrow with kids dressing up and parading around. Then are going to a small potluck tomorrow, not sure if costumes are involved. And on Halloween we'll carve the pumpkins and hand out candy and see the neighbors' kids. I usually go down the street and hang out a bit in our other neighbor's fake graveyard when the weather is nice. (weather's not looking too good at this point.)

I looked at some costumes today at the Halloween store (too many sexy female professionals for my taste), and I'll probably drag something out of the closet if I decide to dress up. I think I still have all the stuff for a Holly Golightly outfit.
