Was it the mothers or their sons who bent their knees? Either way, it's creepy. And my son is straight with no help from me. That's just the way he was born. Neither of us had a choice in the matter.

I'm not 100% sure they mean straight as in "not gay".

They may very well mean straight as in "good moral person; not crooked".

would say if someone accused them of being homophobic. Not trying to be snarky, but I'm pretty sure that was their intent. If they put up a sign that said "Let's all be gay " would the general public accept the old definition of gay. Not likely.
