The Streisand who was the toast of the likes of Richard RODGERS, here is tongue tied, nearly immobile, frozen, while the two monuments are being really KIND and gracious to her. The Streisand who now expects all deference as her blase due.

Found this after seeing MERMAN singing/dramatizing "Old Man Blues," from 1931 on the Classic Arts Showcase and trying to find it on YouTube.
