Man Arrested For Fondeling Himself - Says He Was 'Resetting' Himself

LEOMINSTER -- A Florida man was arrested in the Searstown Mall parking lot Saturday after allegedly exposing himself next to a car where a 14-year-old girl waited for her mother.
District Court Judge Robert Gardner arraigned Jimmy Lebron Jr., 20, of Tampa, on a charge of indecent exposure Monday.

Lebron, an employee of a plastics company, was arrested after a Lunenburg woman allegedly caught him fondling himself with his pants down in the parking lot facing Old Navy, according to court reports. The woman's teenage daughter was sitting in a car next to Lebron's vehicle.

The woman and her daughter admitted they did not see any of Lebron's body parts, according to court reports.
