1. Yes, that's been a sad story for so long.

It must be agony not knowing exactly what happened to a loved one, to not have at least some sense of closure, and always wondering.

She looked like such a beautiful person. I'm sorry that you couldn't have any resolution.

I remember when she disappeared, people were fearful for women traveling alone. My sister used to drive that stretch of 96 fairly regularly because she often had to go to the State Health Department in Lansing for her work, and it bothered me.

It's always something. I remember when I was in elementary school, the so-called "Oakland County Child Killer" was running around here, just to the south of where I lived, and people were really afraid. That has never been really solved, although I understand that several of the detectives involved are pretty certain they know who did it, a convicted pedophile who later killed himself.
