Facebook Question: Does anyone know how to do this? Help!

I'm trying to figure this out for a Facebook business page and I must not be techno-savy enough to get it. How on earth are people adding buttons to their timeline? Located just below the cover photo, I have some default buttons such as "Likes", "Map", "Photos", but I have seen other page where people have added buttons such as "Youtube" and "Twitter". I want to add a Youtube, Twitter and other social app buttons like this example. Does anyone know how to do this? I've Googled, I've searched Yahoo answers, I'm stumped! Help!

I would attach a photo if I could, but apparently I can't figure that out either. *sigh*
