Media Blaster/Resource Library Suggestion

It's great that we have the Media Blaster, but it would be really helpful to have an area on DU that would house press releases from the Kerry campaign, articles, and such that can be sent to the media. Or links TO these resources..

For instance, I was going to send CNN that Kerry press release on the SwiftBoat Liars funding, connections, and how they have been caught in their own lies. It wasn't terribly hard to find but it would be easier for a lot of people if there was a central location for these types of things. And since it will be easier to find them, it will be easier to get more DU'ers to send out more emails...

Just a thought.

4. Why is it just local? Why not a national one also?

5. Local ones are more likely to respond...or print your letter

And it's the local press that will give issues and candidates more coverage. And, personally, I think it's on this local/regional level where the campaign will be won or lost.

Sending to national media outlets will really only get anywhere if we do it on a a large scale and coordinated effort. They really won't care (or probably even see it) if just a few people write or complain.

National outlets than state ones so I wouldn't think it would take that long.
