How to move forward with what I think is a good idea?
Hi Everyone.

I am relatively new to DU, but it has become an online oasis to me. I know that I will usually find the significant issues of the day in Breaking News, and usually have to laugh at the hilarious responses to news posts I often see from members.

Like many of you, I have been deeply concerned at the wholesale domination of our country by selfish, corporate interests. My degrees were in Political Science and Philosophy, and not one day has gone by during the past year when I did not think about what steps we liberals could take to help reverse this tide.

I feel like I have an interesting idea, but would like to bounce it off some of more seasoned pros here. My background is largely in analysis and multimedia. This idea would be much more of an activist variety, and I would like to get the opinions of some of the DU Activist heavyweights, if that would be ok.

What is the best way to do this? Private emailing? Instant messaging?

Thank in advance,
Sagar

3. The Activist/Events Forum isn't the one that gets read the most...
I find that when I want to get input, I create a poll in the General Discussion or Campaign 2004 forum. Yeah, arguments break out there, and a lot of the people there are more talk than action, but you'll definitely get OPINIONS if that's what you want.
