Trying to write a book. Need your help.
Hello everyone. My name is Jacky I was recently unemployed and am now under-employed, which I know is better than nothing. I have a lot of friends who luckily have never had to deal with the stress and strain of being unemployed, or under-employed for that matter. One of the most frustrating things that I have encountered is how many of them have taken up the political talking points that people who collect unemployment are lazy and just don't want to work. I know in my case that couldn't be further from the truth. I feel that if you've never had to live your life under such restraints then you have no idea what it is like. So, I would like to publish a book with the stories of people who have had to live there lives unemployed. I am also trying to bring awareness to the fact that many people have committed suicide because of it. I know for some people this can be a very hard topic, but I think that it is very important that others realize that being unemployed, especially for lengthy periods of time, is not a choice or some sort of vacation. I do not plan on making any profits on the book. Whatever money I would get would go to helping non-profits, food pantries and things like that.

My email address is Citizens.United1@gmail.com if you would like to send your story.

2. I'll pass on your email address to some friends.
I've been unemployed for the past year; but, I was luck enough to have savings to last through that year, and I'm old enough to go on full Social Security in January. I know plenty of people who aren't that lucky!

3. Posting your email address...
on a public message board is risky, to say the least. Most likely, you will get many unwanted emails.

Best to ya!

4. Very noble and generous of you!
Although, given your situation, I wouldn't be at all reluctant to take at least a little of any money realized for yourself.
