2. I vote no real impact.

Those who see it already believe. Those who don't wouldn't believe if they did. The middle ground which does see it will probably go away unconvienced and of that group some will actually be prodded toward Bush. Others will lean a bit further toward Kerry or Nader but will probably not do more than counter balance the Bush converts.
