I. Online Director for the League of Pissed Off Voters/League of Young Voters
The League is a fresh, progressive, and youth-driven grassroots voter mobilization and training organization with a strong online component.
The League's Online Director is responsible for developing the League's web presence and implementing technology systems to meet organizational needs.
The Online Director will:
· Manage website content and integration of tools to ensure that website appearance and tools are in line with organizational image and needs
· Supervise consultants - communicating with programmers and designers to manage special projects
· Perform ongoing assessment of available tools and functionalities and their applicability to the League's vision - translating grassroots needs into online capabilities
· Recommend online data management systems and integrate existing data into a more useful and functional system
· Strategize and implement online outreach plan
QUALIFICATIONS
· strong HTML
· familiarity with CSS and Javascript
· engineering/programming experience helpful
· familiarity with engineering conventions, different programming languages, and the online development process
· experience working with database-driven web sites and content management systems
· good visual design sense
· experience with standard web graphic tools, such as Photoshop, Image Ready, or Fireworks
· web graphics skills required - Photoshop, web design
· experience in project management preferred
· interest in online organizing
· must have a desire to be a strong member of a kick ass team!
COMPENSATION
Negotiable based on experience.
This is a 4 month full-time position in New York City, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Relocation package not available.

III. Field Organizers for the Young Voter Alliance
The Columbus and Cleveland Young Voter Alliance are in need of experienced field organizers. They will report directly to the State Director and should provide daily summaries and weekly reports of all their activities. T
Field Organizers will:
* work together as a team to identify volunteers and paid canvassers to implement The Alliance Ohio's field plan
* identify the barbershops, night clubs and daytime hangouts where we will be sending our street team and canvassers to gather ids
* create and maintain a calendar of events for their city
* maintain their respective offices, manage volunteers and canvassers, collect and keeping track all of the walk sheets, surveys and registrations collected by the street teams, canvassers and volunteers.
Field Organizers are The Alliance Ohio's local representatives and will be participating in local coalition meetings and planning to make sure that our efforts are collaborative in nature. Pay for this position depends on relevant experience.

IV. Field Organizer Positions with MoveOn PAC's Leave No Voter Behind Campaign
Grassroots Campaigns, Inc. (GCI) is a national firm specializing in building grassroots support for progressive causes, political candidates, public
interest campaigns, and non-profit organizations.
GCI is working with MoveOn PAC to conduct a large volunteer-based precinct
organizing program running through the election, covering 10,000 battleground precincts in most of the battleground states. It will be centered around MoveOn PAC volunteers and other potential anti-Bush activists, working with them to target swing or infrequent Democratic voters, doing both persuasion and GOTV organizing.
Field organizers will implement broad based voter participation in key states across the country. Organizers will be responsible for coordinating precinct leaders and volunteers and getting constituents to the polls on Election Day.
