how do we know she quit?

Has she been smoking pot all through her year of being Governor?

"we don't know if he quit" (using illegal drugs) ...

Again, the Repukes play with words ... she admits "smoking pot" - when it was legal. She doesn't say anything about smoking pot when it wasn't legal.

As I recall, the Feds are against states dictating when pot is or isn't legal ...
