Kerry: With Each Day, We Are Witnessing The Beginning of The End For Bush

"With each day that passes, with each bit of news, with each broken promise, we are witnessing the beginning of the end of the Bush presidency," Kerry said.

Democrats cheered their reversal of fortune; when they last met, Bush was riding high in pre-war polls. Now surveys show his popularity is at the lowest point of his presidency.

Kerry did not attend the February meeting because he was recovering from prostate surgery. His maiden DNC address, a scathing indictment of Bush's record, earned several standing ovations.

The media (naturally) decides to focus on the Democratic in-fighting, but I can't imagine anyone not taking heart at that statement.

6. The media bias is so blatant in that article it is sickening

I spent some time in another thread talking about this speech based on the article. Then last night I watched the actual speech from http://www.cspan.org/ --- what a difference! but I'm not. I agree with other posters that Wesley Clark's entry into the race seems to have brought out the fighting spirit in Kerry. If Clark stumbles then this very much boils down to a Dean><Kerry race.

The Kerry Campaign is only just now coming up to full speed. Kerry is known for starting campaigns our slow and building up as the election nears. I think this is only the beginning!
