What is your favorite non-US source for news?

Found both through their appearance in search engine results. The Guardian is frequently cited by Democrats.com but I'm curious to see what else DUers have found.

who casts a vote for Globe and mail....have to say, the thing I miss most about Canada is the TV news.....so different here, and not in a good way...well, the news and real french fries LOL

7. I know what you mean

Just got back from Montreal (where you get a choice of different mayonnaise with your skin-on fries) and it was great to get a straightforward news cast without the fluff and bull.

I'm thinking for a cheap vacation next weekend I will just disconnect my cable. ;-)

CBC, definitely. With that, I'd have to add the BBC as well.

Globe & Mail is my newspaper of choice. The Guardian is also good.

And I simply love The Economist (based in UK). A great read and an excellent way to stay informed on what's going on in the world.
