Are the Dems feeding the media "hamburger helper"?
Stop whining! If you want the media to bite give them something to eat! The Republicans are giving them red meat while we offering cold porridge. Even the latest Dem "response" to the "swifties" doesn't call Bush "deserter", or even say he was "AWOL". It just says he "Went Missing". In a media of "World Wrestling", "Survivor", "Ultimate Fear", and "Fox News" who are they trying to reach; the knitting circle?

1. you need to keep the double standard in mind
in response to this SmearBoats ad, the media SHOULD be much more critical than they are. They should do what PBS did, which was decline to cover it at all, until Kerry responded.

In response to Michael Moore's much more credible AWOL charge, they responded by scolding him and Wes Clark and talking about "Bush hatred" and blaming the dems for "dividing the nation."

Doesn't mean that the dems shouldn't talk about AWOL, I think they should, but it means that they have to keep this double standard in mind.
