Queens local of 1000 endorses Bush - Media say NYC Firefighters - WHY?

You would think someone could call Brooklyn and find out that they had not endorsed Bush.

And you would think that the President of the local would not imply all 8000 (20,000 with retirees) of the NYC Firefighters union had endorsed when only Queens had.

And you think Rove could have mis-spoked when giving this to the press? - as he attacks Kerry's credibilty?

1. Technically Queens is NYC and NY state.

But the media are whoring.

2. From what I have heard they are the largest group

of firefighters in the NYC area.

However, nearly all other FF in the nation are backing Kerry

3. If there are 8000 in NYCand they are 1000, they represent 12% of NYC folks

so why does the media not check?

From sources I see it sounds like the Uniformed Firefighters Association, the nuts and bolts firefighters (8,500) has endorsed Bush*.

The International Association of Fire Fighters, which is the officer's end (1,500) has endorsed Kerry.

So this AM I worry about the US Media that is not NPR!

It's BEYOND INSULTING that you don't think we remember Sept. 11th. Bush HAS NOT CAUGHT OSAMA in case you didn't realize. Attacking Iraq to avenge september 11th would be like Roosevelt declaring war on Mexico in response to Pearl Harbor.
