become the first true "Republican" President of the World Bank - that it's worth a try? Is this man out of his MIND? I knew he was leaning towards the Dark Side, especially since the Iraqi elections, but if he did say that, then the man is as out of touch with reality as the neocons themselves.

He got away with the remark on ABC This Week because there was no time left and Stephanopolis didn't have time to challenge him (not that he would have, of course).

Did I hear this correctly?

2. bummer...
I liked his book, and most of his columns as well (except for the last couple, anyway...I agree his tone has changed).
