The CNN article said:

"And the unemployment rate is generally not expected to fall much in 2004...."

Which is bad news for the unemployed, & the soon-to-be unemployed Geo. W. Hoover.

"But many economists think jobs are just around the corner."

Riiiight. Just like Herbert Hoover said, "Prosperity is just around the corner." Fsck it, dumbass economists have been saying for the last 3 years that the abysmal job market will get better. Sorry, that dog won't hunt (@ least, not w/a nazi in the White House).
